    Prin 88-89 turnul fusese redus aproximativ la jumatate si a fost reconstruit la dimensiunea normala imediat dupa revolutie. Blocurile sunt relativ aproape, fumul intra direct in ele datorita nebunelii "aceluia", ca nu dadea bine sa se vada de la Casa Poporului.
