am auzit de ei dar nu stiam ca aici sunt. chiar admiram cladirea. deci se fac bani si cu termopanele...

@Vlad: you must have forgotten a zero, there are over 100 bird species, plus some herps and mammals (not counting the street dogs...) It is a unique wild place close to downtown. It could be a recreational area by itself, provided ill-mannered fishermen quit littering all around the place. One more business center will definetely not help the city, just a few interested guys.

I don't know if the architectural design is bad, i'm not expert in this field (i guess the architect is foreigner) for me is just another administration building and i felt insignificant when i stand next to it. I say is another non-utility-establishment with only one purpose: to take your money for every piece of paper you will need it from there.

Acum pe acest loc s-a construit "West Gate Park" . West Gate Park reprezinta un complex cu cladiri de birouri si o cladire de locuinte. Cladirile de birouri sunt sub orice critica la capitolul calitate. Daca va uitati de afara, arata ca niste cladiri de officeuri de ultima generatie, foarte frumoase, ce sa mai..fura ochiul. In schimb, calitatea este incredibil de proasta. La o ploaie care dureaza mai mult de 2-3 ore urmatoarele lucruri au fost sesizate in cladirile din west gate park: parcarea subterana inundata, apa intrand pe sub usi la parter, apa curgand prin spoturile din lift, angajatii de la ultimul etaj stand cu galeti deoarece intra apa prin tavan, sigurante arse si angajati blocati in cladiri pana la remedierea situatiei, etc. Sa nu mai vorbim de peretii incredibil de subtiri (carton).

Vis a vis de cladire, la "cismeaua rosie" a fost primul teatru din Bucuresti... din pacate nu a mai ramas nici un semn. Vad cu regret ca a disparut din noua prezentare teatru Act al lui Marcel Iures... crez ca este cineva care nu le are cu Arta prin Wikipedia...
